Seminar/PD Pricing & Refund Policy

Seminar and Professional Development Registration and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be established when each in-person, live virtual, or self-paced professional development event is scheduled. Pricing and applicable participation details will be posted on the individual event or course webpage.

Refund requests received at least five business days before the scheduled event will be refunded in full. After this deadline, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for late requests, participant no-shows, or failure to attend or join a virtual event.  See email contact listed below.

Self-Paced Virtual Courses
Refund requests for self-paced courses must be received before the participant has been granted access to the course content. Once access credentials or course materials have been provided, all sales are final, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations
If the Camden County Educational Services Commission cancels an in-person or live virtual event, registration fees will be refunded in full. If a self-paced course is cancelled before access is provided, participants will receive a full refund.

The Commission is not responsible for individual technology difficulties, internet connectivity issues, incompatible devices, or a participant’s inability to access or complete a virtual event or course. When possible, staff will provide reasonable technical assistance.

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and issued through the original method of payment.

Registrations are nontransferable between events, courses, or participants unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Commission. Sharing registration links, login credentials, course materials, or access to virtual content is strictly prohibited.

Questions or concerns should be directed to the Business Administrator using the email contact information below.
