If you are not already a member, then you must pass a resolution to join the Co-op. Please refer to the resolution document link under Documents that we included for your convenience. Once the resolution is approved by your board, execute the “COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM AGREEMENT” and send two (2) original signed copies along with a certified copy of your board minutes approving the resolution to Patrick Madden at the CCESC. Once your information is received by the CCESC, your organization will be registered with the Division of Local Government Services (state approval could take 7-10 days). Once your membership is approved by the state, you can use the bids available through the Co-op.
