Overview
In September 2019, we launched a wellness initiative as a unified commitment to employee wellness. Employees excitedly volunteered to form a wellness committee tasked with developing a program to help their colleagues with the ongoing need to be well. The goal of the committee is to plan events and activities that are both informational and fun. A wellness survey of employees indicated the top five areas of interest are nutrition, physical activities, mindfulness, yoga and mental health.

"Our educators are so focused on meeting the needs of their students, that they often put themselves last when it comes to wellness. It's my hope that the wellness committee will keep our employees connected so they can help each other to be well and stay well.”    --Daniel Del Vecchio, Superintendent
