VIRTUAL ON-LINE HOME INSTRUCTION

The Camden County Educational Services Commission (CCESC) in conjunction with the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC) offers virtual on-line home instruction services for students who are absent from school for extended periods of time.

All courses are aligned with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards and revised to closely mirror the school district’s directed curriculum for the student. Instruction services are available in the following subjects: English I, II, III, IV; US History I and II; Algebra I and II; Geometry, Integrated Math (Grades 7, 8); Biology; Physics; Marine Science; Spanish I, II; Latin I; AP Physics; AP Computer Science; Health; Life Management Skills and AP Macro/Microeconomics.

The service allows students to receive home instruction under the one-on-one guidance and monitoring of a New Jersey certified, highly qualified teacher and provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis of student performance. Daily data and reports are forwarded to the school district’s designee describing the student’s participation, progress on homework assignments and tests, as well as a description of upcoming assignments.
