ELIGIBILITY

Auxiliary and remedial services in the PL 192-193 program are provided to students who are eligible according to the following general requirements:

• Who are enrolled full-time in a nonpublic elementary or secondary school (grade K-12) located in Camden County.
• Whose parent(s) or guardian(s) live in New Jersey.
• Who would be eligible for such services if they were enrolled in a public school.
• Who are between the ages of five and twenty for chapter 192 services or between five and twenty-one for Chapter 193 services.
• Who meet criteria for eligibility as determined by the Department of Education for the specific service.
• Whose parent(s) or guardian(s) have given their consent by signing the Application for Chapter 192 and chapter 193 Services (407-1 form).
