Aid in Lieu of Transportation

Aid in lieu of transportation is provided to eligible nonpublic school students residing in participating districts Monday through Friday between September 1 and June 30 when the nonpublic school is in session. Following is a summary of the regulations adopted by the State Board of Education and cited in NJAC 6A:27-2.1 et seq.
